Followed by an empowering educational Women's Health session with Dr. Joann Osbourne, ND

Dr. Osbourne will:

Review and interpret your pre-retreat bloodwork
Discuss women’s health within our specific demographic
Dive into hormones, balance, healthy weight, cortisol, insulin, the mature female ecosystem and lots of Q&A!
Help you understand how to support your long-term wellness
